Booth selection
Exhibitors will set up their booths on November 16 and the tradeshow will be held on November 17-18, 2022. Lunches will take place in the exhibition area. All exhibition spaces will be awarded on a first come basis.

Package included

Two "2-Day Packages" with access to all the congress activities (except access to the Gala Excellence) are included in a booth rental (10' x 10' / 3m x 3m). They include all time access to the Salon des exposants, the health breaks, the networking lunches, the 5 à 7 des exposants, conferences and workshops.

Reservation procedure:
  • Your space rental contract and invoice will be sent to you by email. 
  • Only available spaces can be selected. Booths which cannot be selected are already reserved.
  • Once your space is selected, you have ten (10) minutes to complete the form. Once this delay expires, your booth space will be released.

Consents
CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, 50% of the exhibition space rental amount will be reimbursed if a cancel notice is sent to the Association before October 7, 2022. After this date, no refund will be issued.

General conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS - EXHIBITION SPACE RENTAL

1. The Exhibitor agrees that the Association québécoise des pharmaciens propriétaires, hereinafter referred to as the “Association” has the right to rearrange the floor plan and relocate any booth. A relocation notice shall be given to the Exhibitor.
2. In case of relocation of the booth described herein, the Exhibitor agrees that it has no right to cancel its participation in the Congrès de l’AQPP 2022 or claim damages from the Association.
3. The Exhibitor agrees that this exhibition space rental must be approved and accepted by the Association. If the Association refuses the exhibition space rental, 100% of the exhibition space rental amount will be reimbursed to the Exhibitor by the Association.
4. The Exhibitor shall not sublet, assign or share any or all of the space rented, or represent, advertise or distribute literature for the products or services of any other firm or individual except as approved in writing by the Association.
5. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and to hold the Association free and harmless from any obligation in respect of damages, claims, judgments and legal fees arising out of any damage or loss of property, injury or death relating to the use of the rented space.
6. The Exhibitor shall obtain the necessary insurance coverage against property loss or damage, personal injury and death as well as any liability arising therefrom (minimum coverage 2 millions) and provide to the Association an attestation of such insurance with proof of premium payment for the duration of the Congrès de l’AQPP 2022.
7. The Exhibitor agrees that, for the purpose of the Congrès de l’AQPP 2022, it shall conform to the guidelines and regulations listed in the Exhibitor’s Manual and that this exhibition space rental is subject to the conditions set forth it the rental agreement between the Association and the Société du Centre des Congrès de Québec.
8. The Exhibitor understands and agrees that it must leave the site of the Congrès de l’AQPP 2022 at the latest on November 18, 2022 at 23 h 59. From that time on, a penalty of $500 per hour shall be payable, and the Association, at its sole discretion, may take necessary steps to free the rented areas, and the Exhibitor shall bear all the costs and the risks thereof.
9. The Exhibitor understands that its participation in the Congrès de l’AQPP 2022 does not constitute an acknowledgement of their services and products.
10. The information required to compile the Exhibitor Directory will be furnished by the Exhibitor, in the extent of its responsibility thereof, in the time frame specified by the Association. The latter will in no case be held responsible for omissions, errors of typesetting, reproduction or other that might occur. The Association may refuse any addition or modification of wording which is not in accordance with the general guidelines or that which may cause prejudice to other exhibitors or to the Congrès de l’AQPP 2022 itself.
11. If the Congrès de l’AQPP 2022 is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the Association, the Association shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the Exhibitor and shall have no other liability to the Exhibitor than the refund of that portion of the rent actually received.
12. All notices, information requests, miscellaneous requests and other communications that may or must be transmitted hereunder by the one party to the other shall be sent by hand, prepaid mail, facsimile transmission or email to the address of the Congrès de l’AQPP 2022.
